"This Saturday, August 24th, at 6:30 pm, Jardim do Arco do Cego will once again become the stage for Avenidas Hot Jazz, an event that promises to delight all lovers of good jazz. This time, Juliana Mendonça Sexteto will perform – a talented bassist from Madeira who, in this concert, will explore the music of Argentine composer Guillermo Klein.
Juliana Mendonça is accompanied by:
André Murraças on saxophone,
Maria Fonseca on trumpet,
Ricardo Sousa on trombone,
Luan Maziero on piano,
Maria Carvalho on drums.
These musicians will take us on a sonic journey through the universe of Jazz, exploring a repertoire that combines classical with contemporary.
And the best? All this in an open space, surrounded by nature. And entry is free!
